All products are made to order.

  • During launches/sales, processing may take slightly longer

  • Estimated Delivery: 8–9 days (may vary by location)

  • Timeline starts after dispatch, not at order placement

  • We ship Pan-India (all across India)

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹40

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹1000

  • Final charges are shown at checkout before payment

⚠️ Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

We follow a strict NO RETURN policy for:

🔄 Replacement Policy

We offer replacement only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Wrong item received

✅ Replacement Conditions

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Unboxing video is mandatory (clear & uncut)

  • Product must be:

    • Unused

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

  • Must include original packaging & tags

❌ Requests not meeting these conditions may be rejected.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible

  • Once approved, refund will be processed within 10 business days

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed

  • Reason: All products are made to order
